The translations of the tools for gender equality are online, produced to reach staff, partners and local population as well as the international stakeholders with whom AICS deals daily in its action for gender equality. The version of the Gender Glossary, already published in Italian and English, is now available in French and Spanish, while the Guidelines on gender equality and the empowerment of women, girls and girls, online in Italian, English, French and Arabic, is now available in Spanish.
They can be used by all those involved in the identification, formulation, management, monitoring and evaluation of all development cooperation and humanitarian aid interventions, to support gender mainstreaming in the actions carried out by AICS – including through its 19 foreign offices.
This translation work adds to the translation of the annual report “Italian Development Cooperation for gender equality – Activity report – 2022“, currently also available in English.
