Director Marco Riccardo Rusconi welcomed Ugo Ferrero, the new director of Office I – Communication and Institutional Relations.
Ugo Ferrero, a career diplomat, served in Kabul (2016-2018), Madrid (2018 – 2021) and Pristina (2021-2024), where he held the role of Deputy Head of Mission.
“His energy and ideas will stimulate the Agency’s activities in support of a structure that has many challenges to face in the near future,” declares Director Marco Rusconi.
